Penny Vanata and Chrissy WilliamsWooMan was a well planned event. It encouraged us to reach our personal goals, while supporting breast cancer and honoring our friend Chris Matthew who is a true survivor.

The ride was expertly organized, wonderfully marked, and well supported. Truly one of the best charity rides we have ever done.

The WooMan routes, both ways, were very enjoyable. As for support and food,
you could not ask for anymore--Well Done! If I am available to ride
WooMan 2011, I will do it again and bring a few friends.

~ David Jolin

Dave HarrisonThe shorter ride (20 mile route) included great scenery by a couple of rivers as well as some rolling hills…truly a well done event for a good cause.

~ Dave Harrison, Imaging Services Manager at Wooster Community Hospital

The WooMan event was a fantastic event for me for several reasons. It was extremely well organized with many amenities such as a sag wagon, a well designed course. More importantly, as a family that has been affected by Breast Cancer, the proceeds raised funds and awareness of the benefits of early detection and treatment here locally at Wooster Community Hospital.

~ Brian Coote, Manager of HealthPoint at Wooster Community Hospital

Brian AndersonThe WooMan was a great ride and a very well organized event. I’m looking forward to riding it again. It’s a great course and highly worthwhile for new and experienced riders alike.

Paul EdmistonThe WooMan route was challenging and included some of my favorite roads in Wayne and Ashland County.

I rode the ride for a variety of reasons. I have a group of friends that I ride with weekly and one is a breast cancer survivor. We all wanted to challenge ourselves to a long ride, my mom died of colon cancer and I wanted to support finding a cure for cancer--no matter the type. The ride was great and we all had a great time--great food and support. Looking forward to this year!

Last year's ride was amazing. We have a good friend who is a breast cancer survivor. Riding was my way of giving additional support.

We definitely intend on doing the WooMan this year. As far as last year’s ride we did the 50 mile from Wooster to Ashland and you all did a terrific job I wouldn’t change a thing, the food and drinks were plentiful the ride was scenic and not well traveled and the route was marked very well. Can’t wait to do again this year!!
